Background

My name is Caroline, and I am a positive, extroverted, and curious 40-year-old woman. As a highly sensitive empath, healer, and lightworker, I have a background filled with less pleasant life lessons and experiences that have led me to where I am today.

After childhood trauma, depression, burnout, physical joint pain, and autoimmune disease, I felt that enough was enough.  Life cannot be about living in a state of high stress, shallow breathing, and feeling a deep inner sorrow from not fitting in. I had long felt that there must be something wrong with me.  

After turning 30, things started to change. The shift began slowly but surely. It gained more momentum when I was around 35-36 years old, with powerful physical impacts and a profound spiritual awakening during the pandemic.  

After more than 10 years of searching, learning, and experiencing, I understood what had happened to me, what it means to be highly sensitive, and the stress of not fitting into society's norms. I have educated myself in holistic life coaching, pedagogy, behavioral science, the Ayurvedic principle of using food as medicine, and more. I've changed my habits, including sleep, diet, activities, and recovery. When I was burned out, there was no help available, so I created this for you—something that truly works.

What I discovered was

Through many phases of self-healing, I discovered the meaning of my life within the realm of magical energy healing and self-awareness of the innate primal force we all possess.

Teaching, which once was my passion, turned into a solitary struggle that led to physical and mental health issues. Determined to break free, I reconnected with my inner child and found self-love and healing like I had never experienced before.  

A series of wake-up calls, marked by repeated angel numbers, guided me onto a new path. This led me to start my own business in guidance and education, where I now help others with my unique gifts. With a background in holistic life coaching, behavioral science, and a teaching degree, you can rest assured that I have both the education and practical experience required to transform and heal.  

With 27 years of diverse professional experience and holistic life coaching, I offer you the opportunity to rediscover your spirituality, build confidence, and embrace the joy of life in pursuing what you desire.
